1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyPetNet mobile application, website,
and related digital services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by
Techanalytics OU (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information,
- maintain the security of your login credentials,
- be responsible for all actions taken using your account,
- notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected breaches.
3.1. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time using the built-in “Delete Account” feature in the app.
Once deleted, your data may be irreversibly removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. User-Generated Content
MyPetNet allows you to upload and publish content, including text, photos, and pet-related information.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have the right to use it,
- your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights,
- your content does not contain harmful, abusive, illegal, or offensive material.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation,
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others,
- harass, threaten, or harm Users or service providers,
- upload harmful software, malware, or disruptive code,
- scrape, copy, or extract data without authorization,
- interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
6. Service Providers and Bookings
MyPetNet may connect Users with independent pet service providers (e.g., groomers, vets, trainers).
We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by
third-party providers.
Any agreements, payments, or disputes between Users and service providers are solely between those parties.
7. AI-Based Features
Some optional features in MyPetNet may use AI to analyze pet photos or generate suggestions.
AI-generated outputs are informational only and must not be considered veterinary, medical, or professional advice.
The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, or remove parts of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software components of MyPetNet belong to
Techanalytics OU or are licensed for use.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techanalytics OU is not liable for:
- losses caused by third-party service providers,
- incorrect or harmful User-Generated Content,
- damage resulting from misuse of the app,
- AI-generated suggestions or automated outputs,
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Users may terminate their participation at any time by deleting their account.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
